Balance Board Training: Exercises and Tips

Learn how to use a balance board for controlled training, with practical guidance on posture, setup, weight shifts, and safe exercise technique.

A balance board is a compact training tool with an unstable surface. Used while standing, it challenges balance, body control, and the ability to maintain a steady position.

A balance board usually combines a platform with a roller, rounded base, or pivot point underneath. You control it by shifting your weight gradually rather than making sudden movements.
