Execution

    Lie on your side on a bench, with your forearm perpendicular to your body and your elbow bent at a 90-degree angle.

    Hold a light dumbbell in your upper hand. Keep your elbow against your side throughout the entire exercise.

    Slowly rotate your arm outward while keeping your elbow at the same angle, until your hand points toward the ceiling.
