Execution

  1. 1
    Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Extend your right arm and bring it horizontally across your chest.

    Use your left hand to pull your right arm closer to your chest until you feel a stretch in your right shoulder.

    Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds.

    Switch arms and repeat the stretch.
