Above Head Chest Stretch
The Above Head Chest Stretch is a simple yet effective exercise for stretching the muscles in your chest and shoulders. This stretch helps improve your posture and may reduce tension in the upper back.
Execution

Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Extend your arms overhead and interlace your fingers with your palms facing upward.

Push your hands as high upward as possible while keeping your shoulders down and pushing your chest forward.

Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds while breathing deeply in and out.
