Cable Upright Rear Delt Fly
The Cable Upright Rear Delt Fly is an effective exercise for strengthening the rear of your shoulders. This exercise also helps improve posture and balance the muscles around your shoulder girdle.
Execution

Set the cable machine to chest height and attach handles to both cables.

Stand in the middle of the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Grip the left handle with your right hand and the right handle with your left hand. The cables should be crossed.

Lean slightly forward with a straight back and slightly bent knees.

Exhale and pull the handles outward and backward until your hands are in line with your shoulders.

Hold this position briefly and inhale as you slowly return to the starting position.
