Barbell wrist curl technique
This exercise targets the flexors in the forearm. These muscles are responsible not only for flexing the wrist but also for flexing the fingers.
These muscles, located mainly on the inside of the forearm, are larger and more powerful than the extensors on the outside of the forearms. The flexors flex the wrist and fingers, thereby contributing to grip strength. These are actions you perform against resistance much more often.
