Execution

  1. 1
    Find a comfortable seated position on a bench with your feet firmly on the floor.

    Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward.

    Keep your elbows close to your body and your back straight.

    Inhale and slowly bend your elbows to lift the dumbbells toward your shoulders.
