Miranda Kerr (Sydney, April 20, 1983) is an Australian model, best known as a Victoria’s Secret Angel since 2006 and as the wife of British actor Orlando Bloom.
She was the first Australian model in the campaign of Victoria’s Secret. Kerr began her modeling career in her teenage years when she won an Australian contest looking for models in 1996.
Miranda Kerr Biography
Kerr was born in Sydney but raised in Gunnedah, New South Wales. Her parents are Therese and John Kerr, and she also has a younger brother named Matthew.
During her childhood, Kerr raced motorbikes and rode horses on her grandmother’s farm. Her family moved to Brisbane so that Kerr and her brother could experience city life.
She graduated from All Hallows’ School and initially wanted to study nutrition before pursuing her career as a model.
Kerr signed with Madison Agency in 2003, in Paris. She did a campaign for Ober Jeans. Once in New York, Kerr appeared on many runways, and she quickly signed with Next Model Agency in the spring of 2004. Since then, she has been booked for runways and campaigns for major brands such as Alex Perry, Baby Phat, Lisa Ho, Levi’s, Anna Molinari, Rock and Republic, and Roberto Cavalli.
She has also been booked for photoshoots in magazines such as Elle, Australian Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar.
In the spring of 2006, Kerr appeared in the final episode of the series Project Runway. Here she had to model clothes for Daniel Vosovic’s final collection. She was the first to appear on the runway.
In 2006, she broke into the American market when she signed a contract with Maybelline New York. The campaign appeared in various internationally sold women’s magazines such as Cosmopolitan, CLEO, and Elle, and eventually also appeared in Victoria’s Secret catalogs.
Thanks to her success with Maybelline, Kerr became the first Australian model to be offered a contract with Victoria’s Secret in 2007, replacing Gisele Bündchen. Kerr’s popularity continued to grow as one of the world-famous Angels when she appeared in Victoria’s Secret runway shows (2006, 2007 & 2008) broadcast on 4 continents.
Kerr is in a relationship with actor Orlando Bloom. In 2010, the couple got engaged and married in secret. On January 7, 2011, Kerr gave birth to a son.
Miranda Kerr Training
Miranda engages in a 75-minute interval training. After this, she does her stretching exercises to stay flexible and then goes running 5km twice a week. The latter helps her burn excess fat.
In addition to interval training, Miranda also does kickboxing and exercises with her own body weight. Like many of her Victoria’s Secret colleagues, she occasionally incorporates exercises with light weights to strengthen her muscles.
To keep her mind balanced, she also practices yoga and pilates. This helps her relax her muscles and relax.

Because Miranda Kerr has a background as a nutritionist, she is very aware of the role nutrition plays in her figure. One of her secrets is to drink plenty of water. Water plays an important role in our body, so Miranda Kerr drinks at least 8 glasses of water a day.

She supplements this with protein from proteins to absorb both her fuels and building materials. For lunch, she mainly eats vegetable and chicken salads. Miranda seems to be a fan of the blood type diet, which allows her to eat her favorite dishes.
