Candice Swanepoel (born October 20, 1988) is a South African model best known for her work as a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

Candice Swanepoel was born in Mooi River, KwaZulu-Natal province, and was spotted by a model scout at a Durban flea market at the age of 15. At the age of 16, Swanepoel earned €5,000 for a day’s work. Swanepoel has appeared on covers of Vogue, Elle, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Ocean Drive, and advertisements for Nike, Diesel, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Tom Ford, and Versace, among others.
Swanepoel has walked the runway for Tommy Hilfiger, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Chanel, Betsey Johnson, Diane von Fürstenberg, Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier, and numerous other designers, as well as for Victoria’s Secret in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
In addition to appearing in lingerie brand commercials, she was a model in the 2010 “SWIM” catalog, alongside Lindsay Ellingson, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Erin Heatherton. In 2010, she became a Victoria’s Secret Angel. Swanepoel modeled for the Kardashians’ 2010 bikini line. Candice Swanepoel was ranked number 61 on the annual FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll and has appeared on the cover of Vogue Italia.
Swanepoel made her debut at number 10 on Forbes’ “The World’s Top-Earning Models” list, with an estimated income of $3 million between 2010 and 2011.

Candice Swanepoel grew up on a dairy farm, and it shows in her diet. She consumes a lot of protein and drinks plenty of milk. This ensures she always gets enough building materials to provide her body with the right nutrients. Additionally, she engages in strength training to keep her body in shape with a focus on her abdominal muscles. Her personal trainer, Justin Geband, helps her look fantastic on the catwalk every year.
Many of the exercises Candice does involve using resistance bands. She has a busy schedule and can’t always make time to train in a gym, so the resistance band is an ideal solution for her. She can take it with her anywhere and continue her exercises.
In addition, she does a lot of squats and lunges with light weights. In fact, you can do these exercises effectively without weights because your own body weight is sufficient. By developing more muscles with strength training, she also appears much leaner, she says.
