Band Pull-Apart

Execution

  1. 1
    Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Hold a resistance band with both hands, arms extended in front of you at chest height.

    Pull the band apart by moving your arms out to the sides, keeping your arms straight.

    Make sure your shoulder blades move toward each other as you pull the band apart.

    Hold this position briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
