Back Squeeze

The Back Squeeze is an effective exercise to strengthen your upper back and shoulders. This exercise not only helps improve your posture but also reduces the risk of back and shoulder pain by strengthening the muscles that support these areas.

Execution

  1. 1
    Begin standing or sitting with an upright posture. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Extend your arms straight out in front of you, parallel to the floor.

    Inhale and pull your elbows back while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. 4
    Hold this position for a few seconds.
  5. 5
    Exhale and slowly return to the starting position.

    Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions.
