Execution

  1. 1
    Start with a dumbbell in each hand and stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Bend your knees and place the dumbbells on the floor in front of you.

    Jump your feet backward into a plank position, with your weight on the dumbbells.

    Perform a push-up, bringing your chest close to the floor.

    Jump your feet forward again toward the dumbbells.

    Drive upward explosively and jump vertically while lifting the dumbbells overhead.

    Land softly and immediately continue with the next repetition.
