Introduction:
This athletics exercise is designed to improve your speed, strength, and endurance. It is a combination of running, jumping, and throwing techniques that will enhance your overall athletic performance.

Execution:
1. Begin with a warm-up of light jogging to warm up your muscles.
2. Then perform sprint intervals: sprint for 30 seconds and then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat this 5 to 10 times.
3. Continue with high jump: focus on technique and jump as high as possible from a standing position. Do 3 sets of 5 jumps.
4. Finish with javelin throwing: use a light javelin or an alternative object and practice throwing with proper technique. Do 3 sets of 10 throws.

Major Muscles:
This exercise targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, glutes, core, and shoulder muscles.

Benefits:
You improve not only your speed and explosiveness, but also your coordination and body awareness. Additionally, it increases cardiovascular fitness and may contribute to improved body composition.

Common Mistakes:
- Not warming up sufficiently before the exercise, which can lead to injuries.
- Excessive exertion without sufficient rest, which can result in overtraining.
- Incorrect technique when jumping and throwing, which reduces the effectiveness of the exercise.

Possible Alternatives:
- Adjust the sprint intervals by changing the duration or rest period.
- Replace high jump with long jump or hurdling for variety.
- Use medicine balls for throwing to increase or decrease the intensity.
