Execution

    Begin by kneeling with your buttocks resting on your heels.

    Place your hands on the floor in front of you, with your fingers pointing toward you and your elbows extended.

    Slowly lean backward until you feel a stretch in the underside of your forearms.

    Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds.

    Repeat the stretch 2 to 3 times.
