Instructions

  1. Start on your hands and knees with your knees under your hips and your hands directly under your shoulders.
  2. Inhale and let your abdomen drop toward the floor while lifting your head and buttocks toward the ceiling. This is the 'Cow' position.
  3. Exhale and round your back while bringing your chin toward your chest and drawing your navel toward your spine. This is the 'Cat' position.
  4. Repeat these movements for 10 to 15 cycles, breathing in and out calmly.
