Training schedule Halle Berry
Halle Berry followed the 5 Factor Fitness plan to get in shape for her role in the movie Catwoman and Harley Pasternak. The personal trainer and diet advisor helped her achieve her dream-like figure.
The 5 Factor Fitness plan:
Halle Berry’s workout plan does not require calculations, exhausting exercises, or hunger. Due to its simplicity, it can be incorporated into your daily training and lifestyle. You can stay at home because you only need dumbbells and a bench.
The plan includes the following:
Step 1.
Cardio warm-up (preparing your muscles for strengthening exercises, improving circulation, and increasing heart rate)
Step 2.
Upper-body toning exercises
(bicep curls, lifts, and push-ups)
Step 3.
Lower-body strength training (step-up with curls, ball knee raise)
Step 4.
Midsection (core) exercise (ab exercises, various ball crunches or seated side bends)
Step 5.
Fat-burning cardio
Five minutes are dedicated to each phase and focus on toning exercises. This way, you won’t get bored easily.
Pasternak recommends doing this workout only 5 times a week and resting your body 2 days a week
Halle Berry’s workout plan works well whether you do it at high or low intensity. Depending on your goal, you can spend just 25 minutes or 40 minutes a day on these exercises.
Beginners can extend the initial phase until they get used to the workout. It may therefore be shorter, but you are working towards the same result.
