Triceps Stretch

The Triceps Stretch is an effective exercise for increasing the flexibility and range of motion of your triceps. This stretch helps prevent injuries and may improve upper-body performance.

Execution

  1. 1
    Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Raise your right arm and bend it so that your hand touches your upper back.

    Use your left hand to gently push your right elbow down and back until you feel a stretch in your triceps.

    Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds.

    Switch arms and repeat the stretch.
