Execution

    Find a bench and set it to an incline position of approximately 45 degrees.

    Hold a dumbbell in each hand and lie on your back on the bench. Hold the dumbbells above your chest with your arms fully extended.

    Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells by bending your elbows. Keep your upper arms still and move only your forearms.

    Exhale and push the dumbbells back to the starting position by contracting your triceps.
