Execution

    Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing your body.

    Keep your back straight and look forward, inhale, and bring the dumbbells behind you by extending your arms.

    Make sure you control the movement and do not fully lock your arms.

    Exhale and slowly return the dumbbells to the starting position.

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
