Execution

  1. 1
    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart on the middle of the resistance band.

    Grip the ends of the band with your palms facing toward you.

    Keep your arms slightly bent and slowly raise them to shoulder height.

    Slowly and controllably lower your arms back to the starting position.

    Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
