Dumbbell Front Raise

The Dumbbell Front Raise is an effective exercise for strengthening your shoulders and improving your posture. This exercise targets the anterior deltoids and helps build strength and definition in your upper body.

Execution

  1. 1
    Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing toward you.

    Keep your back straight and your abdominal muscles engaged.

    Inhale and slowly and controllably lift the dumbbells in front of you to shoulder height. Keep your elbows slightly bent.

    Exhale as you slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
