Begin by holding the dumbbells in front of your thighs, with your palms facing you.

Pull the dumbbells upward in a straight line close to your body, rotating your wrists as they reach chest height so that your palms face forward.

Press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.

Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
