Execution

  1. 1
    Set the cable machine to the lowest position and attach a straight bar to the cable.

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grip the bar with an overhand grip, with your hands slightly narrower than shoulder-width apart.

    Keep your back straight and your chest up, and pull the bar upward toward your chin. Make sure your elbows point up and outward.
