Execution

  1. 1
    Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Extend your arms overhead as if you are holding a heavy object.

    Engage your abdominal muscles and slightly bend your knees.

    Let your body fall forward while forcefully swinging your arms downward, as if slamming an object into the ground.

    Finish in a squat position, with your hands almost touching the ground.

    Rise explosively back to the starting position and repeat the movement.
