Wall Sit

The Wall Sit is an effective static exercise primarily focused on strengthening your lower body. The unique aspect of this exercise is that you do not need any equipment and can perform it almost anywhere.

Execution

    Find a flat wall and stand with your back against it.

    Bend your knees and slide down until your knees form a 90-degree angle.

    Make sure your back remains fully pressed against the wall throughout the exercise.

    Hold this position while engaging your abdominal muscles to support your back.

    Stay in this position for as long as possible or set a timer for the desired duration.
