Exercise Ball Wall Squat
The Exercise Ball Wall Squat is an excellent exercise that uses an exercise ball to improve your squat technique while reducing pressure on your back. This exercise is ideal for strengthening your lower body and improving your posture.

Find a flat wall and place the exercise ball between the wall and your lower back.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, positioned slightly in front of you.

Slowly bend your knees while keeping your back straight and rolling the ball against the wall.

Make sure your knees do not move past your toes during the movement.

Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor, or as low as is comfortable for you.

Then push yourself back up to the starting position.
