Execution

  1. 1
    Begin standing with your feet shoulder-width apart while holding a dumbbell in each hand.

    Hold the dumbbells at shoulder height with your elbows pointing downward.

    Bend your knees into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest up.

    From the squat position, explode upward by forcefully pushing your feet into the ground and jumping into the air.

    Land softly back in the squat position and repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
