Sit on the floor with your legs crossed or extended in front of you.

Inhale and extend your arms overhead, keeping your palms facing each other.

Exhale and slowly bend to one side, lowering one arm toward the floor while keeping the other arm extended over your head.

Hold this position for a few seconds and feel the stretch along the side of your body.

Slowly return to the center and repeat the exercise on the other side.
