Execution

Start on your hands and knees on a comfortable surface.

Place your knees slightly wider than your hips and bring your big toes together behind you.

Exhale and lower your glutes toward your heels.

Stretch your arms forward on the mat and gently place your forehead on the floor.

Hold this position while breathing deeply in and out. Try to relax your body further with each exhalation.

Possible Alternatives
- If it is difficult to bring your glutes to your heels, place a pillow between your glutes and heels for additional comfort.
