Chin-Up

The chin-up is a powerful exercise that targets the upper-body muscles, especially the back and biceps. It is an excellent way to develop strength and muscle definition.

Execution

  1. 1
    Grip the pull-up bar with an underhand grip (palms facing you) at shoulder width.

    Let your body hang fully with your arms straight.

    Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.

    Slowly and under control, lower yourself back to the starting position.
