Toe Touch
The Toe Touch is a simple but effective exercise that targets your abdominal muscles and flexibility. It is a great way to strengthen your core and improve your hamstring flexibility without having to go to the gym.
Execution
-
1
Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
-
2
Inhale and extend your arms overhead.
-
3
Exhale and bend forward from your hips while lowering your hands toward your toes.
-
4
Try to touch your toes, but do not force anything. It is important to listen to your body.
-
5
Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly return to an upright position.

Possible Alternatives
