Execution

    Begin in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.

    Keep your hands in clenched fists in front of your chest.

    Lift your right foot off the floor and bend your knee to bring your heel toward your glute while simultaneously punching with your left hand.

    Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with your left leg and right hand.

    Continue alternating between both legs and arms for the desired number of repetitions.
