Single-Leg Dumbbell Lunges
The Single-Leg Dumbbell Lunge is an excellent exercise for improving your balance, coordination, and lower-body strength. Using dumbbells increases the intensity and focuses on individual leg strength and stability.

Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand upright.

Step forward with one leg while keeping the other leg behind you.

Slowly lower your body by bending your front knee until it forms an angle of approximately 90 degrees. Make sure your back knee almost touches the ground.
