Execution

  1. 1
    Lie on your back on a decline bench and hold a dumbbell in each hand above your chest, with your palms facing each other.

    Slowly and controllably lower the dumbbells out to the sides while keeping your arms slightly bent.

    When your arms are parallel to the floor, rotate your wrists so that your palms face your feet.

    Use your chest muscles to bring the dumbbells back together while reversing the rotation and turning your palms back to face each other.

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
