Execution

    Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell in each hand.

    Step to the side with your right foot while extending your arms parallel to the ground in a fly movement.

    Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with your left leg.

    Keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the exercise.

    Perform 3 sets of 10–12 repetitions, alternating between the right and left sides.
