Execution

  1. 1
Find a comfortable place to sit with your legs extended in front of you.
  2. 2
Keep your back straight and bend forward from your hips, trying to touch your toes with your hands. If you cannot reach your toes, hold your ankles, shins, or knees, depending on your flexibility.
  3. 3
Keep your knees slightly bent to avoid putting pressure on them.
  4. 4
Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds and breathe steadily.
  5. 5
Release and repeat the stretch 2–3 times.
