Execution

  1. 1
    Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward.

    Keep your elbows close to your body and move only your forearms.

    Exhale and curl the dumbbells upward toward your shoulders simultaneously. Keep the dumbbells close together throughout the entire movement.

    Briefly hold the top position and squeeze your biceps.

    Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
