Execution

    Begin by holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing you.

    Bend forward from your hips, keeping your back straight, until your upper body is almost parallel to the floor.

    Let the dumbbells hang directly beneath your shoulders, with your arms fully extended.

    Pull the dumbbells upward toward the sides of your chest while keeping your elbows close to your body.

    Slowly and controllably lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
