Execution

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell in each hand.

    Slightly bend your knees and hinge forward from your hips, keeping your back straight.

    Let your arms hang straight down with your palms facing each other.

    Exhale and raise the dumbbells out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the floor.
