Execution

  1. 1
    Place one end of a barbell in a landmine or securely in the corner of a room.

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grip the other end of the bar with both hands at chest height.

    Bend your knees into a squat position while keeping the bar at your chest.

    Drive yourself explosively upward from your legs while pressing the bar overhead.

    Lower yourself back into the squat position in a controlled manner while bringing the bar to your chest.

    Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
