Corner Touch
The Corner Touch is a dynamic exercise that helps improve your coordination and balance while working your leg and abdominal muscles. This exercise is unique because it combines cardiovascular and strength-training elements, allowing you to address multiple fitness goals in one movement.
Execution:
- Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
- Shift your weight onto your left leg while lifting your right leg toward the upper-right corner of the room. At the same time, touch the toes of your right foot with your left hand.
- Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with your left leg and right hand.
- Alternate between the right and left sides for the desired number of repetitions.
