Execution

    Begin by standing in an open space where you can move freely.

    Start at a normal walking pace and move straight forward.

    After a few steps, gradually turn your body to make a full 360-degree circle while continuing to walk.

    Make sure to turn both counterclockwise and clockwise to bring balance to the exercise.

    Continue repeating this movement, alternating the direction of your turn after each full circle.
