Execution

    Place a barbell on the floor and stand over it in a split stance, with one foot in front of and one behind the bar.

    Bend your knees and grasp the barbell with both hands, one hand in front of you and one behind you, with the bar between your legs.

    Keep your back straight and your chest up, and lift the barbell off the floor by straightening your legs.
