Instructions
- Start standing with your feet hip-width apart.
- Take a large step forward with your right foot.
- Bend your knees until your left knee is almost touching the ground. Make sure your right knee does not move past your toes.
- Push yourself back to the starting position using your right leg.
- Now repeat the movement with your left leg and alternate sides.
