Oblique Stretch
The Oblique Stretch is a fantastic exercise for improving the flexibility and strength of your side muscles. This stretch not only helps reduce stiffness around your waist but also improves your overall posture and balance.
Execution

Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Place your right hand on your right hip and extend your left arm overhead.

Slowly lean to the right, stretching your left side without moving your hips. Hold this position for a few seconds.

Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.

Do 2–3 sets of 10–15 repetitions on each side.

Common Mistakes
