Execution

    Begin by holding a kettlebell in your right hand. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.

    Shift your weight onto your left leg. Keep your left leg slightly bent.

    Hinge forward from your hips while lifting your right leg straight back. Keep your back straight and your head aligned with your spine.
