Standing Glute Kickback

Begin in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart. Place your hands on your hips or extend them in front of you for balance.

Focus on a point in front of you to maintain your balance.

Shift your weight onto your left leg and keep your right toe lightly touching the floor behind you.

Brace your abdominal muscles and slowly kick your right leg backward while squeezing your glutes. Keep your hips facing forward.

Briefly hold the top position, then return your leg to the starting position.

Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
