Execution

  1. 1
    Find a stable surface to hold on to, such as a wall or fence.

    Stand upright and place your hands on the surface for stability.

    Shift your weight onto your left leg.

    Swing your right leg forward and backward without moving your upper body too much.
  5. 5
    Keep your leg straight, but do not lock your knee.

    Repeat the swing 10–15 times, then switch legs.
