Execution

  1. 1
    Begin by attaching an ankle strap to a low cable pulley and securing it around your ankle.

    Stand facing the cable machine and hold onto the machine for support.

    Stabilize your torso by bracing your abdominal muscles. This is your starting position.

    Exhale and kick your leg straight back while contracting your glutes. Make sure your hips remain facing forward.
