The Bear Crawl is a dynamic full-body exercise that improves strength, endurance, and coordination. It simulates the way a bear moves across the ground, creating a unique combination of strength training and cardio.

Execution:

  1. 1
    Start on your hands and feet with your knees just above the ground.
  2. 2
    Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
  3. 3
    Step forward with your right hand and left foot.
  4. 4
    Follow by stepping forward with your left hand and right foot.
  5. 5
    Continue moving forward, alternating your hands and feet.
  6. 6
    Keep your hips low and your head aligned with your spine.

Common Mistakes:

  • ! Holding the hips too high: keep your hips low.
